can over masterbation really cause problems?

now im talking 1 to 3 times a day…. for like no more then 10 mins… i read on the net that u should only masterbate like 2 or 3 times a week and any more can cause fatigue, hair thinning, hormone changes, and hormones in your brain to change…also blurry vision ect…. is this true. i also heard it can cause memory problems because too much acetycholine ( a chemical im guessing) is being drained of the brain,.. i put the artical below in quotation marks.

“Frequent masturbation and ejaculation stimulate acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions. Excessive stimulation can result in over production of sex hormones and neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin.”

“Abundant and unusually large amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters can cause the brain and adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion and turn the brain and body functions to be extremely sympathetic. In other words, there is a big change of body chemistry when one excessively masturbates.”

The side effects of such changes to the body include:
Fatigue. Feeling tired all the time
Lower back pain
Stress / Anxiety
Thinning hair / Hair Loss
Soft / Weak Erection
Premature Ejaculation
Eye floaters or fuzzy vision
Groin / Testicular Pain
Pain or cramp in the pelvic cavity or/and tail bone”

PS…again im not talking about someones whos addicted and mentally whatever lol…but someone who practices a few times a day for short periods of time… thank u

Actually… I have done some REALLY heavy masterbating before. And if your not circumsized yet you might get a little swollen if you go like… 12 times in an hour. But if you like doing it then as long as it’s not getting in the way, you sure can go at it!
